Anti-Sway Control
The ABUS sway control system increases safety and convenience during the transport of goods in sensitive areas. Powered by real-time mathematical calculations that factor in travel speeds, acceleration and deceleration of both crane and hoist, hook position, and the length of the load lifting attachment.
Even operators who rarely use cranes can handle loads safely and precisely thanks to automatic sway dampening on every axis.
Multi-Hoist Coordination
Synchronisation Control
The ABUS synchronisation system enables safe handling of long products with two hoists mounted on a single crane — divergence of lifting speeds is prevented through constant closed-loop regulation, even when different wire rope hoists are used simultaneously.
The system scales to two cranes with a maximum of four hoists operating in tandem travel motions, all coordinated and regulated from a single ABUControl unit.
